We offer specialist consultancy services in daylight, sunlight and rights of light, and we also provide expert witness and town planning services. We work on a varied range of commercial and domestic and residential projects as well as larger-scale urban regeneration schemes. We aim to operate at the highest levels of competence and are particularly well known for our diligence, expertise and personalised service.

The practice is based in Central London. Our work covers a wide geographical area within the UK and the Channel Islands. The group is headed by John Perry; a chartered architect with over 40 years’ experience in practice. Our associate Dominik Wierzbowski is on hand to deal with matters day to day.

Our expertise is in continuing demand. We have provided expert advice in several successful judicial reviews and have recently advised on complex urban regeneration projects.
